Kingyard Company approved by ISO & GMP Certification, from the establishment of quality system, mold design specifications and to the flow chart of injection molding, which all have been approved by QAIC & GMP.
We follow the principle of ISO & GMP and set quality policy, have review meeting regularly, implement the quality policy to the whole company. |

| Our QC Dept. has lab. of instrument measurement including the equipments of Object Projector, Image Analyzer, Metallurgical Microscopy, Hardness Tester…etc., |

|
| The measured items in the mold process, including knives correction, part-clamping correction, measurement of part process scale, measurement of part process form tolerance. |
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
|
| After completing mold manufacturing, administration dept. will do detailed check according to item-checking list and make examination records. |
